• Submit spam, malicious code, or false information.

• Misuse any forms, booking links, or embedded tools.
• Violate the rights of Data Zen, Modern Savage LLC, our service providers, or any third party.

The content on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.

It does not create a client relationship, professional engagement, fiduciary relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or service agreement by itself.

Any paid work with Data Zen is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, order form, or similar written document.

Services

Data Zen installs and maintains Claude Code and Codex workflows, department operating layers, and related implementation systems for client teams.

Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, ownership terms, confidentiality terms, cancellation rights, and payment terms are defined in the applicable client agreement.

Website copy and pricing examples are not binding offers unless confirmed in writing.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate written agreement controls for the paid engagement.

Information you submit

If you submit a form, project request, booking request, email, or other message, you are responsible for making sure the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Do not submit confidential client information, regulated personal data, trade secrets, credentials, or sensitive internal materials through public website forms.

You grant Modern Savage LLC permission to use information you submit through the website to respond to you, evaluate the request, prepare for calls, maintain business records, and operate related workflows as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The website content, brand assets, copy, diagrams, design, code, and other materials are owned by Modern Savage LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
